Ruben Gonzalez

Leadership Gold – Becoming a Great Leader

Olympic leadership speaker Ruben Gonzalez will inspire and equip you to win more.

When Ruben got started in the luge, he thought he could do it all himself. Along the way Ruben realized that he would need help. He needed coaches, sled mechanics, doctors, chiropractors, financial assistance, etc.

He needed to learn some leadership skills and create a team of people. Ruben was able to create a Dream Team and by working through his team he was able to realize his dream.

Ruben believes top leaders are trustworthy and passionate about their mission, and they have a high level of Emotional Intelligence which allows them to truly connect with their people. Those attributes make people want to follow them and fight for the leader’s goals.

About Ruben: Ruben’s an outstanding storyteller with an incredible story. He delivers an idea-packed, energizing and humorous program that not only informs, but inspires people to take action.

Your audience will laugh and be entertained as they learn proven success principles anyone can use to obtain maximum results. Your people will learn insights that will help them gain a competitive advantage both in their career and in life. Insights that will help transform their workplace performance.

William Grube

This three-hour training deepens superintendents and other school leaders’ understanding of AI in education. The first hour will help shift perspectives from fearing AI to recognizing its value and importance. We will discuss how to position your district to benefit from AI while mitigating risks. Next, participants will learn how AI can enhance their roles. Hours two and three are hands-on, focusing on using AI for human capital, communication, data analysis, business services, teaching, and learning. Participants will leave with practical skills and resources to effectively implement AI in their districts. Please bring a device to participate in hours two and three and walk away with valuable resources.
