The Success-Ready Students Network: Personalized Competency-Based Learning (PCBL) Master Teacher Cadre (MTC)
The Success-Ready Students Network (SRSN) enthusiastically announces the implementation of the inaugural Personalized Competency-Based Learning (PCBL) Master Teacher Cadre (MTC), a year-long professional development program designed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills to master personalized competency-based learning (PCBL) through a dynamic blend of in-person and virtual experiences.
The SRSN will be engaging over 120 teachers, college preservice professors, and RPDC consultants across the state in the newly formed Master Teacher Cadres. SRSN and non-SRSN teachers may participate, noting no more than one participant from a district will be chosen. Applicants can access the application form betweenDecember 6-January 15. A recommendation from the applicant's direct supervisor and superintendent is required as part of the application. Details are on the form.
