Whether your group is hosting a small conference or you need a comfortable, modern site for a board meeting, the MCSA Education & Conference Center will more than meet your organization’s needs. Located on the west side of Jefferson City, the facility has its own separate entrance area and is completely handicapped accessible. The center features a large meeting room with 2,000 square feet that may be divided into three smaller rooms.  A catering kitchen provides for food to be prepared on-site. The center also has a foyer registration area, a food serving area and large restrooms.

Rental Rates

Monday - Friday

  • Entire area (34' x 59')
  • $425 per day plus $25 per hour if hostess is required (after regular business hours)

Monday - Friday

  • Single seminar room (34' x 19')
  • $175 per day plus $25 per hour if hostess is required (after regular business hours)
  • Two seminar rooms (34' x 38')
  • $350 per day plus $25 per hour if hostess is required (after regular business hours)

Evening and weekend rates are available upon request.  There are separate charges for the use of audio-visual equipment and the use of the catering kitchen.
